This packing tape used to be great when it was packaged under the SCOTCH name brand. Now they have it as Tartan. Maybe they made it thinner because this product RIPS when you try to pull a long piece longer than 8 inches. Did you folks make the product thinner? It's frustrating because I use it to line paperback books all along the front and back covers, now it rips before I can even cut it to the length I need.

Scotch Brand tape is a necessity. no house should be without it. Good for regular use, and handy in emergencies. Security device for daughter's car came loose and was a danger ...dropping down over foot pedals...Scotch sealing tape to the rescue until she could get to the dealer.

I REGULARLY SEND SOME STUFFS TO THE PHILIPPINES AND PLACE IT IN A BOX USING THE SCTOCH SEALING TAPE.
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS TAPE FOR THE PAST THREE (3) YEARS AND ITS REALLY A BIG HELP IN FASTENING MY BOX SO TIGHTLY CLOSED AND SECURED UPON ARRIVAL IN THE PHILIPPINES. AND I AM GLAD THAT THE SCOTCH SEALING TAPE PRODUCT IS READILY AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

I love Scotch sealing tape as it is the easiest to work with I have ever used. A lot of sealing tapes you work with if you lose the end takes forever to find again. But with the Scotch the tape is thick enough that finding the end is easy.

I use Scotch sealing tape to reinforce my cardboard storage boxes. They are sturdier and last longer this way.

After a holliday I put new and old decorations in boxes and tape them with scotch tape to store for the next year. I just label the box and store til needed.

Scotch sealing tape is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I use it for everything. We had our Fall Festival at church and Scotch tape held it all together - signs, decorations, labels, even cake walk numbers. It doesn't split and it sticks where you want it. Whatever project I'm involved in, Scotch sealing tape is always in my bag.

I use this tape for everything, from sealing packages before mailing them to using this tape to securely hold the plastic on my enclosed in porch during the winter months. I have been using this tape for years on my screened-in porch to keep out the cold in the winter, and there is no tape that stands up to this sealing tape. Also use it when I hang pictures on the wall to keep them secure in case the hanger breaks. Don't want the pic falling and broken glass everywhere. Also works well if you have a cracked tailight on your car.

You get what you pay for. The regular packing tape is thin and sometimes difficult to get to stick tight, unless you have a new box to tape. We mail a lot of packages and use this tape. Although we'd like a stronger tape this does do the job it's suppose to. It some times just takes a little more.

Scotch brand is the best tape to use it doesn't come off like other brands. If a store doesn't carry scotch then i will go to a different store. The cost isn't a issue for me. I use it for alot of projects around the house and also for weather-proofing.The only problem i have is i wish someone would come up with a way to find the tape on the roll.

I ship packages all over the United States. I ship my Art pieces and gifts for my family. I use the Scotch brand tapes that keep my packages safe from coming open in shipping. In the past I used lesser brands only to have lost pieces after the boxes came apart. I advise everyone to use Scotch.
