This product needs a despenser to keep it free of tiney particals that collects on it if you leave it out when you are useing it. Not to mention if you put it in a drawer with small parts or just about anything that stuff just sticks to everything.
Why not put it in a despenser that can keep it clean and ready to use.
You have despensers for the tape, then why not the double sided tape?

I have been using the double sided tape for my home craft business of making greeting cards for several years. I love it. My cards do not fall apart ever. BUT this last year I have had nearly every roll of tape have a flaw in it that seperates in a very sharp distinct line leaving me to go back and try to find where it quit. It is annoying and time consuming to have the tape cut off where you do not want it cut off.
What is the problem? Its not just one roll it been that way for last 6 months or more. Sometimes it splits in ragged edges, but most of time its a definite staight cut across the width of the tape. What causes this?
Other than this I love this product.

I print church bulletins, double-stick tape graphics onto it and then make copies for Sunday services. I also enjoy paper crafting/card making.
This tape is best for my graphics and also for photo placement into old albums.
It is important to remember that on regular white copy paper THIS IS NOT RE-POSITIONAL. That is what makes it perfect for my bulletins.

Scotch double sided tape is a magneficient tape for scrap-booking, card-making (if there is no stress on the object). I found that the stick power was better than all other brands out on the market. It is the only brand that I purchase! I also like it because it is a bit wider than most double-sided tapes, which is very helpful when you are doing signs. Don't waste your time on cheaper, inferior brands!
Like with many products, we try to save a few cents and only have headaches with poorly performing products.
Scotch's permanent double-sided tape adheres well and doesn't leave any visible lines. No crinkling or sticking to itself.
So, don't waste your time with other brands - Buy Scotch and finish the job the first time.

I make a lot of cards. Scotch double sided permanent tape is the main product I use in assembling the cards. It comes off the roll & cuts nicely. I have tried other brands & I feel I have to wrestle with them to get it to my card. I recommend Scotch double sided tape to my friends & tell them I should buy stock in the 3M company.

I really like using the permanent double sided tape for the greeting cards I make as well as collage work. It is quick and effecient. Certainly less messy than glue. I have used other brands and they are not nearly as good. Thanks for such a great product.

As an avid crafter this is a product that I reach for on a daily basis. The colorful packaging allows you to find it quickly on a wall of tapes; and the title gives you the knowledge of the package contents.
The tape itself is reliable with many uses in creating home decor, crafting, scrapbooking, cardmaking or any other papercrafting projects; making this a go to product to always have on hand at craft time.

I used the double-sided tape this year when wrapping my gifts - they turned out perfect! You couldn't see any tape, only perfect edges and wrapping paper.
So glad I made that choice - will only be using double-sided tape when wrapping gifts in the future!

Small but mighty! I needed to drape a skirt around an 8 foot long desk without putting any holes in it. To my pleasant surprise one long strip of 3M doulbe sided permanent tape easily when on the top edge of the desk and held up the 3ft. wide fabric.

This is a scrap bookers dream, excellent for photo and paper mounting because of its neat appearance and acid free compound.
But while scrap booking, I caught my heel on my slacks and pulled the hem free. Scotch brand is so strong it not only did the temporary fix, it also survived the washer and dryer!!

This is perfect for crafting and decorating. It clings easily to decorative leaves for a pretty fall window. Then when it's time to switch modes it removes so easily! Perfect for cut-out snow flakes from the kids and/or grandkids. Won't hurt their adorable work and lets me proudly display it!

I use Scotch Double Sided tape for all of my scrapbooking pages! It's easy to find at any local store (unlike many "specialty" adhesive tapes marketed just for scrapbooking), so I never have to worry about running out. I can use just the right amount, not a predetermined strip size- no waste, just right, every time! And it's photo-safe, so none of my memories are ever damaged. Scotch Double Sided Tape is the only adhesive I use when I scrapbook! ...And don't even get me started on the million other uses!!
